'More Reasons' To Rebrand With Britcom
January 21, 2008

As part of a major image change, Morrisons are carrying out a relivery programme across their complete fleet of Supermarket delivery vehicles. The vehicles in question are 13 metre long refrigerated transport trailers used for transporting frozen and chilled goods around the country.
During the relivery programme the opportunity is also being taken to refurbish and repair the vehicles.
Britcom's body and paint shop operation has been chosen as one of the presigious paintshops to carry out the work, and in the coming weeks will be working on a fleet of around 50 of the Morrisons vehicles.
The work will involve the whole spectrum of services that the Britcom Body and Paintshop can offer: from removing the old livery graphics; repairing and replacing and damaged areas as required; shotblasting and repainting the chassis and the body; resealing all joints; and finally applying the new Morrisons livery graphics. All done on site in Market Weighton, East Yorkshire.
PPG Refinish paints are the chosen supplier for the Morrisons work and will be used throughout the whole of the process.
Project Manager and Coordinator, Stephen Handley of PPG said "PPG have chosen only the most professional paint and body shops in the UK to carry out this work and Britcom's facilities passed this test with flying colours".
Work on the Morrisons trailers starts this week, so check back regularly for updates and a case study showing progress of this exciting project.
