Britcom's body shop recently refurbished two of Sangwin's Cherry Pickers; now it was time for an overhaul on their 35T crane.
BEFORE:
The project plan:
- Removal of detachable items
- Thorough steam clean
- Masking off
- High pressure blow-off
- Required repairs
- Abrading
- Pre-paint prep
- Paint
- Drying
- Quality inspections
- Delivery to customer
The planned time for this job was 10 working days; the crane was delivered back to the customer on the 10th day, as promised.

We now await the Sangwin 80T crane – due Spring 2008.
