The state of the art Body and Paintshop combined provides an allround package to service all your requirements.  The purpose built facility was designed with full EPA compliance, operating to BS EN ISO9001:2000.

Steam Cleaning

All vehicles coming on site go straight into the steam cleaning area to remove all the excess dirt and grease.  After which they go into the preparation area, where they are prepared for shot blasting.

Shot Blast Booth

The state of the art shot blast booth, which measures 19.5 metres by 5.5 metres, comes with the latest media and dust-recycling equipment to ensure the environmental impact of blasting is kept to an absolute minimum.  Any type of media can be used, but for environmental protection, we use aluminium oxide, which not only gives a top quality finish, but can be reused and recycled over and over again.

Now, we can blast any vehicle or structure constructed from any material by simply changing the media used in the blasting process.

Spray Booths

Our impressive faciltiy houses two commercial vehicle and plant equipment spray booths, giving us the capacity to spray the longest 13.6 metre trailers and tractor units at the same time.  Furthermore, we can accommodate the longest length special type STGO trailer by linking up both booths - giving us an overall booth length of some 26m. 

To assist in painting high vehicles the booths are equipped with wall mounted access platforms which traverse the length and the height of the booths.  This ensures appropriate access for paint to be applied from all required angles, and ensures the safety of our paint spraying operatives.

We use a range of paint systems, recommended by all major manufacturers and have an on site spectrophotometer for accurate, colour matching.  All the work is carried out by professional technicians who care about and take pride in the end result.

Our facilities are capable of handling the largest of road-going vehicles; from vans to bendybuses, and more!
